California!

We went to Gudrun and Dave's house to set up waterslides. The boys had a ton of fun on the little slide.

Gudrun had the BEST blackberry vines! She let the kids pick and eat as many as they wanted! ...and the kids took advantage of it! We ate SO many wonderful fresh blackberries. The black berries were sweet and wonderful and tasted like what flowers-smell-like.

We tried to set up the big slide but it wasn't holding air very well...and Carley ended up trying to climb it and she rolled off it. It was pretty funny, but kinda dangerous, so we decided to put down the big slide

Bubs gave me a flower and said, "Mom, will you marry me?" I melted. What a cute little guy.

Then we went to a fireworks party at a church. There were tons and people and we watched the city fireworks from the parking lot.

It was July 3rd and Curt's neighborhood was having a block party so we brought food and his giant speaker. We played corn hole and the kids went down the inflatable water slide

We walked through the trails and over the bridge to go to the store. It was a beautiful walk.

 We bought groceries, and water balloons, squirt guns, and a big ball for the kids to have a water fight.
